Cancellations more than 4 weeks prior to your start date: Should you no longer wish to attend the program you must notify us 4 weeks prior to the start date, at which point the remaining cost of the program (after the non-refundable deposit and transaction fees have been deducted) will not be charged or will be refunded to those who paid in full. You may decide to postpone your start date to the next program that is running. You must notify us 4 weeks prior to the start date should you decide to delay your start date to the next program. The deposit will then be used to hold your spot in the upcoming program.

Cancellations within 2 weeks or less prior to your start date: Should you need to cancel, the remaining balance of the program will be charged in full should you notify us with less than 2 weeks notice from the start date.

Delayed starts: Should there not be enough practitioners participating in the program, organises may choose to delay the start date until the course is filled. Organises will be in touch with you prior to the start date should this occur, with the aim of commencing the program ASAP.

Nonattendance: A missed sessions by the participant cannot be made up in future programs unless there are extenuating circumstances which are decided on a case by case scenario.

Payment Plan: The payment plan is set up monthly over 6 months commencing 1 week prior to the program start date. There is no extra cost for paying via payment plan. The only condition is that the full amount for the program is paid by the end of the program. We use a secure automated debiting system called stripe and the money would be debited from a VISA or Mastercard. Should your automated debit be declined your card will be automatically debited every 24-48 hours until payment is successful.

Deposit: To hold your spot in the program a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required upon sign up.
